AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I CHECK IN?

 Arrival is possible from 10.00 to 18.00, consistent with our willingness to receive you, so please communicate by telephone the time of your arrival at no. +39 3938375638.

Arrivals before 10.00 or after 18.00 are subject to our approval.

In compliance with Public Safety regulations, upon arrival each guest must fill out a special identification form that will be handed over to the Police.

Upon arrival will be delivered to the customer: the electronic key of the room, the TV remote control, remote control of air conditioner and keys to enter the premises. Everything must be returned upon departure. In case of loss and / or breakage a penalty will be applied.

The management is not responsible for personal items left unattended in your room.

AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I CHECK OUT?

The room must be vacated no later than 10.00 of the day of departure

On the departure day a luggage storage service is available.

Rules of termination are shown depending on the season and type of the room during the booking process.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITS TIME TO ENTER AND EXIT THE VATICAN ROOMS?

- You can enter and exit the Hotel any time.

 WHEN ARE THE ROOMS MADE UP?

- The rooms will be cleaned every morning from 10.00 to 12.00.

- The room linens (sheets + towels) will be changed every three days (daily only on request and at an additional cost of 5,00€ / person)

 IS IT POSSIBLE TO BRING PETS?

- No, pets are not allowed inside Vatican Rooms.

 IS IT POSSIBLE TO SMOKE INSIDE THE HOTEL?

- No, it is not possible to smoke inside.
